The hotel was quiet little and appealing, our room was compact, liked it. The personnel were very amiable and accommodating and gave us loads of advice.

The rooms were really clean and the staff was super friendly. Loved that it was right next to everything. the units on the first floor were so spacious, I was pleasantly surprised! 🌟

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Fairly clean hotel, affable staff, nicely furnished and well-stocked room. The rooms especially in the closet. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Nice location in a peaceful area just off San Juan mountains and many nice restaurants and a dog park next to the location. For shots visit Ourayle House, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the property.

since the first room was too small and dark for us, we could move into a very nice and spacious room the next night. outside area of the hotel is very nice, nice sitting area with a view to the mountains.
breakfast could have been a little more varied. breakfast room is very small for such a big hotel.
